I am an in-network provider for most Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and Aetna insurance plans. If you have BCBS or Aetna, you can call the number on the back of your insurance card to ask for your “outpatient mental health services” to see what your insurance plan covers. If you have another insurance provider, I will be out-of-network and can provide a “superbill” for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. This means you will pay my full fee up front and may be reimbursed by insurance at a later date. To find out more information about what your insurance plan may reimburse for out-of-network providers, please call the number on the back of your insurance card. **Please note BCBS Local, Blue Home, and Blue Value plans are not typically considered in-network.

My self pay rate is $160 for a 53 minute therapy session and I offer limited income-based sliding scale options if needed.
